Mansa attended West Aurora High School and was a Fighting Illini student-athlete at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mansa’s career began in real estate banking before transitioning into strategic business consulting where Mansa collaborated with brands including Tesla, Intel, and NBC Universal. After living in Miami, Manhattan, San Jose, and San Francisco Mansa returned back to Aurora during Covid and launched a tech start-up. Mansa raised funding from NMotion Venture Capital and now helps faith-driven entrepreneurs launch businesses, raise money and grow using digital marketing. Mansa is a board member of Community Support Services supporting people with developmental disabilities, as well as a board member of Fox Valley United Way providing early childhood education, and protecting our ALICE population from poverty. Mansa is from Aurora where Faith, Family and Fellowship fill his free time.

Township Trustee, serves as a vital link between the community and local government, ensuring that essential services including youth programs, senior assistance programs, economic development programs, and economic assistance programs are effectively delivered. My role is to advocate for our residents, promote growth, and enhance the quality of life in Aurora.

We appeal to millennials, women, and seniors. For millennials, we aim to reignite their belief in positive change through tech upskilling and meaningful job opportunities. For women, we’re empowering a new wave of leaders. And for seniors, we’re providing tools and care to help them age gracefully while staying connected to their community.
What problems are you solving?
We’re transforming Aurora into a destination city by creating jobs through tech upskilling and enhancing nonprofit capabilities. We're also empowering women to step into leadership roles and reconnecting seniors to their community. Our mission is to uplift everyone through opportunity and innovation.
What should people know about your leadership style?
I lead with altruism and faith. My focus is on people’s potential, not the status quo. My only goal is to uplift our community so everyone can succeed together. We believe in abundance for all and that with effort and faith, anything is possible.
How can local residents get involved?

Aurora’s future is bright if we put in the effort. By providing resources and support, we’re empowering people to make the best choices for themselves and their families. Together, we can overcome any challenge and thrive as a community.
What’s your favorite thing about Aurora residents?
Aurora is home. The people here are driven, passionate, and full of potential. Many may not yet realize the great things they’re capable of, and we’re excited to help unlock that. Our community’s strength is its heart, and I’m proud to be part of it.
Do you have political experience?
I’m new to politics but bring over 13 years of strategic business consulting experience collaborating with brands like Tesla, NBC and Intel. My expertise in leadership and collaboration will be key as I work to implement practical, people-centered solutions for Aurora.
What concerns you in today’s political world?
The focus on division concerns me. We should celebrate what unites us rather than what divides us. I’m also wary of political practices that don’t truly serve the greater good. Our goal is to be a unifying force for Aurora, working for the community’s best interest.
